Welcome to Swedish Massages with Michelle
I offer Swedish massage therapy designed to promote healing, relieve stress, and enhance your well-being.
I specialize in Swedish massage — a therapeutic technique that uses long, smooth strokes and a variety of other movements such as gentle kneading, tapping, and friction. My style incorporates aspects of myofascial release, cranial sacral unwinding, and sports massage style stretches. I enjoy incorporating Korean cups or basalt hot stones to help release tight muscles and loosen stuck tissues. My flow is inspired by the movement of water.
